When you are a small business or you are the face of your business you can use this to develop relationships with members of your target market. Look at one of the world’s most famous business people Richard Branson, when people (especially in the UK) think of Virgin they think of him. Branson has said that one of the most important aspects of his success is that people feel like they know him, they know his story, he’s just the ordinary guy who made it big in business.
